Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our commitment to customer satisfaction includes a transparent refund and cancellation policy.

Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery, and the refund will be processed after the product is returned to us, minus shipping charges.

Return Policy

Return Window: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items like perishables, intimate wear, customized products, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.

Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days.

Refund Initiation: After approval, refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Processing Time: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos
  • We will arrange for pickup at no additional cost
  • Full refund or replacement will be provided

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for products of the same value within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. For products of different value, the price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

How to Request a Refund or Return

  1. Log in to your account and go to Order History
  2. Select the order and click on "Request Return/Refund"
  3. Provide the reason and upload relevant images if applicable
  4. Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours

Exceptions

Refunds and returns may be declined if:

  • The return window has expired
  • Product is used, damaged, or missing original packaging
  • Product tags or labels have been removed
  • Product was purchased during a final sale or clearance
